Manhattan Dollhouse Shop is a department store for Dollhouse Kits, Finished Dollhouses, Dollhouse Electrical Components, Dollhouse Windows, Dollhouse Doors, and Dollhouse Furniture. We are now located in FAO Schwarz, 767 Fifth Ave., between 58th and 59th Street, in New York City.
Our store has been selling miniatures since 1976. Back in the fifties, we began selling toys in Upper Manhattan as Manhattan Discount Toy and Doll Hospital. Genny Gruenwald, known fro her doll repairs and doll collections, discovered her miniature passion and decided to reinvent the store as a Miniature Shop. Since that time, Manhattan Dollhouse which is still family run, has moved downtown and is now in FAO Schwarz. We continue the same customer service and our craftsman can be contacted by phone or via E-mail. Most of our dollhouses are made by Real Good Toys, Greenleaf Dollhouse, The House that Jack Built, Take it to the Max, and The Old English Dollhouse. We can also build replica’s to scale of your home, office or any special room. All prices are for online orders only.
