The Hillcrest is part of Real Good Toys "New Concept" design line of dollhouses.  The kit inlcudes pre-assembled miniature wondows and working doors. The Windy Ridge has pre-milled siding on all exterior walls, which saves you the time and mess of gluing the siding into the walls.

The New Concept kits are desgned to make it easier to assemble and you can add different porches, room extensions, dormers, windows, etc.  Please call or email us if you wish to add or change any of these components.
