This ready-to-assemble kit comes complete with, stairs, handrails, landings, spindles and newels. Full instructions, all exterior doors and windows, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper are also included. Please note: Houses are not painted. Accessories and transfers are not available for purchase. All sizes are approximate.
