Terms and Policies

US Continental Shipping Policy:

• Dollhouse Kits and Finished Dollhouses, not custom dollhouses, are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.  Non-Holiday season it is usually 1-2 business days.
• Prebuilt houses may take up to 4 weeks, since these are built by order.
• Some Bespaq pieces may take up to 3 weeks to deliver.
• Other accessories may take between 1-5 business days to deliver.
• If there are any delays, we will keep you informed as to the delivery date.

• Manhattan Dollhouse offers Free Shipping for Dollhouse Kits over $150.
• Kits under that amount will be charged respectively as shown in our catalog. We do not charge any additional fees for shipping and handling and we do make a profit on shipping.  
• We usually use UPS when shipping dollhouses and USPS or FedEx when shipping accessories.
• If you need a Rush Order, please call us and we can arrange it.

Return Policy:
 

• If in a rare occasion a dollhouse is damaged, please call us or E-mail us immediately.  We will arrange to pick it up and replace the house or kit.  We may ask for a picture or a description of the damage.
• 
  If the customer decides that they ordered the wrong product, there will be a 20% stocking fee and the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges.  A credit will be refunded once these fees are subtracted from the original charge.  Or, the credit can be used against another purchase. 

International Shipments

• Manhattan Dollhouse ships worldwide.
• Shipping charges depend on product and shipping location.
• All charges are made prior to shipment.
• Manhattan Dollhouse can ship to your home or we can ship to the nearest airport.
• The shipping costs can be high and in some cases higher then the cost of the house due to their weight and box size.  Shipping the house to the airport is more reasonable then shipping to your home/office.
