Our pre-assembled houses from The House That Jack Built distributed through Melissa and Doug, are built unpainted dollhouses that include windows, stairs, trim and doors. The wood is 3/8" plywood, which is extremely durable. We have included painting as an option. Decorations and landscaping are not included. Shipping prices may vary according to locations. The shipping charges quoted on our order confirmations are estimates and subject to change. To create a custom look, upgraded components are available.
