Our dollhouses and dollhouse kits are arranged by price, kit or finished dollhouse, scales, quick builds and pre-assembled dollhouses. Please click the appropriate heading for your selections..Most of our houses are 1/12 scale or 1 inch to a foot, unless noted differently. All our dollhouse furniture and accessories are 1/12 scale.
Dollhouse Kits-Kits are packaged with directions and most of the pieces are pre-cut. The “Greenleaf Dollhouses” are not pre-cut but need to be punched out. All kits need to be somewhat sanded before painting. Painting is optional but recommended for a finished look.
Finished Dollhouses-Most of these dollhouses are built, painted, wallpapered, floored, shingled, include moulding, interior doors, brass door knobs and stairs. Some of these houses are labeled “Ready to Decorate”. That means that the interior does not include wallpaper. Some of these dollhouses include white interior painting. Quick Build Dollhouses-These dollhouses can be quickly built in under an hour. They include all the details of the finished houses and some can be expanded with side additions. More...
Pre-assembled or Pre-Built Dollhouses-These dollhouses are structually built but not painted or wallpapered and are built to order. Finishing touches may include some sanding to smooth the edges and painting. Please note that towers, windows and trims are not attached since painting is more difficult after they are installed and for protection during shipment. These dollhouses may take 3-4 weeks for delivery and possible longer during the Holiday season. So please order early. More...
Half-Scale Dollhouses-These dollhouses and kits built the same but half the size. They are more for the collector or adult and not a playhouse due to the size and smaller pieces. They awesome on a table displaying your beautiful 1/2 scale miniatures. More..
Barbie Scale Dollhouses-These houses are big and beautiful and are 1/6 scale. They can house any fashion doll, such as the Barbie with the appropriate furnishings. Regular dollhouse furniture may look odd due to the different house scale. These houses are available in kits an quick build. More..
